What is this?

SPOON is a proprietary multi-channel technology of MioGroup.

It is focused on optimizing conversion ratios, such as improving ROI as well as effectiveness of the advertising impact through event based marketing model and OFF/ON assignation.

SPOON measures the impact on sales of all media investments, considering that these investments will affect immediate transactions (performance) and the attitude of consumers towards our brand (Long-term Top of mind of potential new clients and the existing customer base)

How does it work?

A baseline, calculated by patented algorithms, is based on accumulated data that increases every day with daily, weekly and annual seasonality, in a process of continuous statistical learning.

Incremental visits/leads/sales are calculated as figures on top of the baseline in different time windows: (direct and indirect impact).

Direct impact: immediately incremental effect / Indirect: halo effect

Methodology

Impact measurement. The tool calculates incremental visits/leads/sales due to the campaign (ROAS), once compared to a baseline.

DB Analytics

Monitor the mailings executed by the DBs according to the segmentations marked. It impacts the indicated users at the indicated times.

Easy Migration

You can migrate all your marketing databases to dot so that we can unify them into a single, fully optimized database.

Data Curation

Analyze and clean email-marketing databases. Clean cross-referencing with blacklists and customer lists, eliminate duplicates and create segments.
